I wanted to take a moment to personally welcome you to the new site. This is a bit of a new venture for me. I’ve been a runner for more than a decade, but have only just decided to start documenting what I’ve learned over the years. My goal is to put that knowledge into a form that can benefit other runners.
Since this is so new, I expect that the site layout will continue to evolve as I determine which areas work and which need to be improved. And I’d encourage you to send me your feedback so that I can turn this site into the best resource possible.
At present, I’ll be posting new articles every Monday and every Friday to help you start and end your work week on a high note. There will be a full post schedule available shortly. But, in the meantime, I’d like to encourage you to subscribe to automatically receive new articles as they’re posted (using the form at the top-right).
